In the mornings Meadow has started going downstairs right away to play instead of coming to our room first. Brooke caught her in the act.

I was feeling lazy this morning and asked Scott to make breakfast while I stayed in bed a little bit. I used to think waffles were the best of all pancake variants, but these just don't hit the spot like they used to since big pancakes and kaiserschmarrn .

Meadow is like me and she needs to eat right after waking up. Apparently breakfast was taking too long for her so she snacked on dried apple scraps while she waited.

After doing this weekly blog for almost 4 years we have started slacking on taking photos of everything we do by only taking photos of the things we want to share. This week is broken up over a few days since we forgot to take photos for a full day. Oops. You could say we're slacking or you could say we're just being more interesting. Anyways I think this  is the first time this has happened.
