I love fairs, I'm not sure why. As I was walking through one of the exhibit buildings I happened to kick a crumbled up paper. When I looked down I noticed it wasn't just a piece of paper, but 10 dollars. (Which was spent on a jumbo root beer float and cheese curds.)

Did I mention we basically have a kitchen in our bedroom? Our toaster oven can fit a pizza or bake brownies if you like. Today I had my exit practical. I had to make 4 dishes for 2 chefs. I got a perfect score on my dessert, the best in the class.

Scott and I are moving out at the end of the month. Today I woke up to some guy in my room. He was reaching towards the desk and didn't notice I was sleeping 2 feet away. I was half awake and made a grumbling noise, he got spooked and kept saying he was sorry. A half hour later i woke up to banging on my door. I answered and no one was there. Later I came downstairs to a guy passed out on the floor in his boxers.

Thomas Beach. Two men were out swimming near Scott and I. We decided to swim next to where the buoys were, when I noticed a pair of shorts tied to one of them. One of the them was pantless.

Red Dragon Our new hang out. An Asian themed restaurant with an assortment of alcoholic drinks. At 8-10 dollars a drink. You can only have one.
Last night was the last day of the Aquatennial, here in Minneapolis. It ends every year with big firework show, better than the one they have during the 4th of July. Cevonne had not seen fireworks in a long time so Scott and I forced her along. She had also never been downtown at night. The Aquatennial was at its prime in the 40's and 50's with over 200 events. Now there's only 70. They used to have swimming shows with diver acts. The pool doesn't exist anymore, which is too bad.
