Since my horrible cartwheel attempt a few weeks ago I realized I'm not as flexible as I used to be so I've started doing stretches every morning to help with that. If Meadow is around she usually copies me or climbs on me. I thought you just wanted to stretch more? I was out of ideas for breakfast so I made Scott take over.
